Questions we get asked
Is a set menu required?
Yes. Groups of 10 or more dine from one of our Group Set Menus, while groups of 9 or fewer may order from the à la carte menu.
Can you accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions?
Yes. Vegetarian and vegan options are available, and we can accommodate allergies and other dietary requirements with advance notice.
Can I book a large group at The Roof?
Yes. For larger groups, The Roof's Glass Atrium accommodates up to 40 guests seated or 50 standing, with full buyout options also available. For regular dining, The Roof accommodates tables of up to six.
Are there audio/visual capabilities?
Yes. Audiovisual is available for presentations and speeches in select event spaces. Your Events Manager can confirm the options for your event.
Is the restaurant accessible?
Yes. An elevator provides access to all levels of the restaurant.
Can I bring decorations?
Yes. Free-standing decor, including florals and balloons, is welcome in our private and semi-private spaces. Nothing may be attached to surfaces, and confetti and sparkles are not permitted. Balloons are not permitted on The Roof.
Can I bring my own wine?
No. Outside wine, liquor and champagne are not permitted. Our wine list offers a wide selection, and our team will happily guide your group to the right choice.
Can I bring my own cake?
Yes. Cakes from outside vendors are welcome with a cake waiver signed on arrival. Ask your Events Manager about cutting and plating options.
Is there a minimum spend?
Yes. Minimum food and beverage spends vary by event space, day and time. Your Events Manager will confirm the minimum for your event.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A signed agreement and a 50% deposit based on your minimum spend are required to secure your event.
Is there parking available?
Yes. Valet is available Thursday through Sunday from 5:00pm to 11:00pm and is operated by a third party, so it cannot be added to your final bill. Several parkades and street parking are also available within a five-minute walk.
