Our restaurants can accommodate everything from smaller private gatherings to full buyouts of up to 600 guests. Explore our restaurants by group size, or share your city, guest count and event format in your inquiry. Our Events Team will recommend the spaces best suited to your event.

Private dining gives your group an enclosed room of its own, while a semi-private space gives you a defined area within the restaurant, partially separated from other guests. A full buyout gives your group exclusive use of the entire restaurant. Each restaurant lists the event spaces available and their capacities so you can compare your options.

Yes. Larger groups dine from a set menu, with the group size at which this applies varying by restaurant. Reception, canapé and family-style options are also available, and you can view each restaurant's menus as you explore your options.

To secure your event, we require a signed agreement and a 50% deposit based on your minimum spend. Your Events Manager will guide you through the planning process, with final menu and beverage selections confirmed two weeks before your event and your guaranteed guest count due 72 hours in advance. Your final guest count will be used for billing purposes.

Cancellation terms vary by restaurant, event space and date, and will be outlined in your event agreement. For full or partial restaurant buyouts during the festive season, deposits are non-refundable for cancellations after November 1.

Rather than charging a separate room rental fee, our event spaces are reserved based on a minimum food and beverage spend. Minimums vary depending on the restaurant, event space, date and day of the week, with higher minimums typically applying to peak December dates.

Yes. Our restaurants can accommodate dietary requirements and allergies with advance notice, with vegetarian and vegan options available. Share any requirements in your inquiry and your Events Manager will confirm the options for your group.

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly if you have a preferred December date. Peak dates can book weeks or months in advance, while later requests may still be possible depending on availability. Our Events Team will help you find the best options available for your group.

Yes. Holiday lunches and early-evening events are available at most of our restaurants and can offer more flexibility during busy December dates. Share your preferred timing in your inquiry and our Events Team will confirm the available options.

Yes. Every restaurant has step-free event space, and a few individual rooms are reached by stairs — the mezzanine levels at Coast, Trattoria and Black+Blue Toronto, and the La Luce Room at Italian Kitchen.
