Tell us a little about your event. Each selected restaurant’s dedicated Events Manager will review your inquiry and prepare a proposal tailored to your group size, budget and preferred date.

Questions we get asked
Is a set menu required?
Yes. Groups of 16 or more dine from a set menu. Groups of 15 or fewer may choose between à la carte dining and a set menu.
Can you accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions?
Yes. Vegetarian and vegan options are available, and we can accommodate allergies and other dietary requirements with advance notice.
Can Glowbal accommodate a large holiday party?
Yes. Glowbal is our largest restaurant for events, with full buyouts accommodating up to 430 guests seated or 600 standing. The Gold Room also offers private dining and can be divided into two smaller spaces.
Are there audio/visual capabilities?
Yes. Audiovisual is available in our private event spaces for presentations, speeches and corporate programming. Your Events Manager can confirm the best setup for your event.
Is the restaurant accessible?
Yes. Glowbal is fully wheelchair accessible, including the mezzanine level, which can be reached by elevator.
Can I bring decorations?
Yes. Free-standing decor, including florals and balloons, is welcome in our private and semi-private spaces. Nothing may be attached to surfaces, and confetti, sparklers, silly string and bubbles are not permitted.
Can I bring my own wine?
No. Outside wine, liquor and champagne are not permitted. Our wine list offers a wide selection, and our team will happily guide your group to the right choice.
Can I bring my own cake?
Yes. Cakes from outside vendors are welcome. Ask your Events Manager about cutting and plating options.
Is there a minimum spend?
Yes. Minimum food and beverage spends vary by event space, day and time. Your Events Manager will confirm the minimum for your event.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A signed agreement and a 50% deposit based on your minimum spend are required to secure your event.
Is there parking available?
Yes. The Telus Garden parkade is connected to the restaurant and can be accessed from Richards Street. Parking is not validated.
